Headed up to the lake now, hoping the weather is better than forecasted. The boss' boss is coming out with us tomorrow... Need to get him on some fish.... Nothing makes better job security than a boss who likes to go fishing on your boat haha. Water temp off Rochester was 71 deg at 330pm so the strong wind didnt flip the lake... My guess would be that it pushed the cold water way down. Looking at the surface temps looks like a big pocket of warm water outside sodus... I usually cross reference the marine weather forecast with the wind forecast on weather.com... if they match up I usually say that they have a 70% chance of being remotely correct. If the marine says 10-20mph and weather.com says 5-10mph I usually say they have a 25% chance of being correct. For this weekend, I'd say if you have something better to do, do it. I have a 5.5 hr drive to the lake, but don't have anything better to do and enjoy hanging out at the docks with our fishing friends Nick

That is the North Coordinate... probably put him out in that 600+ foot of water range. If you look at a GPS it will show up as N31.xx.xx W00.xx.xx.

North is ok also... just no more EAST or South wind!
