My starboard motor has a SDI drive that's not 2 years old yet and I am happy enough with it that I just bought one for the port motor. It should be here Friday.....great product for a very reasonable price

Lucky Enuff is looking to secure an observer for each Pro Am. We will be fishing the entire week before Niagara, and the Thurs & Fri. before Orleans and you are welcome to join us any of the days you want and fish with us. I have been known to use it from time to time, but I don't put it on my lures. When I use it, I like the apply it to my downrigger weights. I'll be running a lot of Big Weenie's new meat rigs this year with MC Rockets and I'll be trying the Pink Smelly Jelly with the Rockets. Big Weenie just put their new "Squid Rigs" on the website and they are gonna kick a$$ this year. The squid rigs paired up with MC Rockets are gonna be a killer combo for the big kings we have in Lake O this year

Day one was good weather....day two was not so good and they cancelled the day. I fished with Paul on Team Free Spirit and had a great time!! We had a great crew and Paul put us on the fish. We put all the fish in the boat that counted except one that broke an albright knot. Great captian, great boat, great crew, great times! Congrats to all who took home a check and good luck to all in Wilson BTW....IMHO, we could have fished Sunday. At 6am the seas were flat, but Yvan had a tough call and that's the decision we have to live with.

Hi Chris, Good Times! I have done that trip, ending in Henderson Harbor. My fishing knowledge is somewhat limited until you get closer the Clayton, but I spent 8 solid years motoring around the Thousand Islands and I know the whole route pretty well. Remind me when I see ya at the Pro Am's and we'll talk.

What Ray K said.....the mini divers work great as down & outs. Popular Brown Trout presentation and also a good way to get a spoon or grease trap down close to the bottom for lakers without dragging the ball in the mud.

Thanks Matt....I can't wait to get on the road this Thursday I'm catching a ride in this one with Free Spirit. Gonna try and learn a few tricks from Capt. Paul Hey, you're not moving to the Pro division are you? That would bum me out dude! I rely on team Oh-Baby, Spoonfed, liquid Plummer, 5 more minutes, Cold Water Affair, etc, etc, to bring the heat and make every event a challenge to place in the $$. I may be one of the few that hated losing Screamer to the Pro division.

A big congrats on the new ship Vince....looks fantastic!!!! I look forward to hearing more about it and seeing it on the water. I have heard how amazing the marinas & ports are in Michigan. They got us on the facilities and the bling, but we do have the bigger fish I have an invite to go to Michigan to fish on the Big Weenie boat, if I can only find the time. I'd love to go there & it sounds like you enjoyed your stay. Michigan may be a family vacation destination for us in the very near future.

Mitch, A couple combos you can't go wrong with are a white spinny w green dots followed by a Big weenie Brand green dog fly in the am. A white spinny or e chip followed by a BW little boy blue or a Blue Weenie. A green/double crush e chip followed by a BW mystery fly or a BW proctologist fly. I could go on and on, but these are a few combos that have worked forever and will always catch fish. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
