No I don't think you are missing anything..but like I stated earlier it should be written in the rules ..on paper for those who don't understand..and enforce the rule if it should be broken by any boat that chooses to slide across the line.. what is the penalty for doing that????????????? I guess everyone wants to hear you state the final ruling kevin. I understand as many others do as well on this double edge sword...but this is the "on line experience everyone has a voice on "..and that's a quote!. So simplify this and put it in writing..don't side step it. Answer it in writing as asked... you can fish the canadian water..however you may not use your phone during tournement hrs to make the call in to Canada..pretty simple request. All that's needed now is for you to write that rule for 2014 and support that rule for 2014..and yes we will also have to manage that as well and take action against boats that may have crossed the line... Rick and friends Its not official 850.00 yet it is goin out to be voted on as well as a few other things. everyone will have there chance to vote on these such thing. 850 or 650. no. of rods and so on. When everyone is fishing an invitational for a 1000.00 dollar entry nobody seems to have these problems. There is no pro or am. We are all competing to win a prize. There is no debate on boat size as i seen more than 1/3 of the fleet last yr in 27' or smaller boats. As a group we must try to keep the field as level as possible.Trying to saticfy the majority is hard to do. There is complaints that pay out side of things for the ams was to low or not enough. now they are invited to fish for the big money like they wanted to and you are finding ways to beat down this idea. You will pay a grand and fish against us for the same prize money in an invetational and now your saying you cant compete in this event. doesnt make much sense to me. Your fishing the invitational for less cash payout prize money too. If all goes as planned they will payout over $107,000 cash money In Niagra and Orleans this yr. 60 checks over 2 days. big box or little long or short shouldnt matter. Gentleman please..Nobody is trying to discreditt any such am teams. You all have the same info and the same ideas and the same place to compete. Most teams i see that have a desire to compete and do well are pre fishing on friday and sometimes thursday as well and at the end of the day they have their check in hand for a hard days work. I cant believe some of what i read. its actually quite funny to me. There is tournements to be fun and dollars generated and won, most importantly the great times spent w good people. chris chris

No you do not need to specify your box size before you leave the dock. We are all under the same 12 fish long box format as before. Only now we have a short box or 5/6 fish at the same time. If a team chooses to fish 8 hrs for a big short box than so be it. If a team chooses a long box format for 8 hrs than so be it.. But here is something I like.. If I am fishing and I have 4 good fish by 9 am I don't have to run and grab 8 little ones if I choose not too. I can stay and grind out my last 1or2 out for a big short box and still make a check for my good fishing.. Now if by chance I grab 4 or 5 smaller fish while I'm looking for my last fish of the short box than so be it. Maybe they will push me into a paycheck in the long box as well.. It's all left up to us as individual teams to discuss our own strategy.. Do we go for 12 or do we grab our 5/6 big fish.. It's also a time management discision as well.. Leave ?? Stay?? Either way it will be interesting to see who fishes were each day. Also the AMs now have the same prize structure as the pro.. We all no that am boats have the same ability to catch us pro boaters.. There have been many a time were the AM earned a bigger check than a pro.. Also they should have collected atleast a check.. You guys don't give yourselves much of a chance. Be proud of what you do.. Believe in your team !! And yes you guys can compete w the pro's.. I no for a fact that nobody's goin to be sharing any info either . Everyone has the same chances to pass up the pro's and get paid. I think you guys are going to enjoy this new format. Especially when you are rewarded at the end of each day accordingly.. Big boat or small boat doesn't matter anymore. We can all be beaten at any given time by an aggressive team who implements a well designed well deployed scheme to get to the cash.. I removerd this unit for a bigger screen that is it. I simply loved to watch it every day i was on the water The sitex 210 has a fairly large 8" screen. The bronze thru hull transducer also has temp. 50/200kwh this unit has a brilliant color screen and has many options for finding your fish. Asking price is $500.00 or b/o. I cuurently am selling a 36 nm radar dome and a 7" color max wide w chip for lake ontario and much of the north east. These units were used for 2 seasons and that was it. I disagree w the 2 day idea completely. Your either on your game or your not.. No coming back to the dock to discuss w everyone were the fish are fior day 2.. Then go out and capitalize on the info.. Paul, Are you still allowing people to weigh their fish on a different scale at a different place and still excepting their entry as long as someone else checks the scale and makes sure that it's the same and also not having to produce there catch after being cut up?? jake The normal pedd derby entry for the season is $100.00. If you fish the derby every time you are out fishing. This $100,00 per boat entry fee is for the big payout of what you just read. This one day entry is seperate from the season pass..If you want to fish the one day event on August 28 it will cost your boat a 100.00 fee to enter. Chris
