I have a islander, I bought boat with plexi glass windshield and side Windows. What I did was I made templates out of 1/8 in lueon, wood .i then made sure they fit perfectly. I then went to my little local glass dealer and had him cut me glass to the pattern. Once they make it you can't change it. He then sent it out to be tempered, I Used tinted glass. I was charged $175.00 for the glass total. $50 was for tempering, pretty cheap. This was for 4 pieces of glass, I would make template for the other side. It's reversed. I tried locating glass but couldn't find any. The glass in the islanders are all flat, no curves, easy to do with basically a screw driver. Frame come apart, I tried finding new rubber to match old but couldn't, I just softened and reused.
