Hey guys sorry been away for 10 days in the Midwest, but I got this big guy in 9h Wyoming county on October 25th in the morning. He was with a doe and grunting. He dressed out at 220 lbs!!! Also after I found him due a less than marginal shot I grabbed my son and did a tracking session and let him find him! Here are some pics of the day! Also the processor said he had over two inches of fat surrounding his whole body

antler insanity and hunt stand is the two i use. They are nice and the best part is that they are free. Not sure it they will get into how far from your stand you are and such but i am able to overlay wind on my stands which i like the most.

Ok so my speed is working at all depths but my temp does not work below 10 ft. The temp bounces all over the place from 7 to 70. I just started using the new klincher connection and its still not working. I changed batteries and also there are no nicks in the line. I have it wired into a fuse panel that is tied direct to a battery independent of my boats electrical system. This battery also operates my riggers. Also sometimes when I first turn it on the speed dials all the way up and I get a reading on my temp even though the probe is not hooked up yet this has made me think I still have a grounding issue Things that I am thinking about 1 wire direct to battery 2 head unit is crap 3 just read that minerals can build up on probe and screw up the temp. Anyone hear about this? 4 buy a new rca cable? Anything else? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

best archery store near rochester and best target for broadheads
salmonite replied to dremarquis's topic in Hunting Equipment
traditions is very good, I reccomend the rhinehart targets as they will last forever but are expensive. Also tractor supply throws out 12*18 foam blocks..They use them to ship theri 3pt hitches in or something. I usually pick up 12 or so of them and take four of them and duct tape them together for you large target. You get about 3-500 arrows out of one block before you start shooting through. If you are ever by a tractor supply take a ride around back and they usually are stacked there to be thrown out. FREE targets are Great -
You have a very versatile boat and an excellent choice. As far as the bay you would be in great shape but would have to watch the weather very closely to make sure the lake doesn't get to snotty. I think you will be limited for the lake but it's ok because you have great walleye when things are to rough. Captain Vince is absolutely correct take a ride with somebody in that 20ft-22 ft range and see what the difference is. I absolutely love my 20ft Starcraft fishmaster. Open bow, walk thru windshield. Very high gunnels for setting lines and can handle Lake Ontario weather and also light enough to trailer everywhere. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Best time to sell a boat - Fall vs. Spring
salmonite replied to momay4000's topic in Open Lake Discussion
i would say spring as well, On a side note if you do sell thanks for all the great reports and being such a great resource for everyone! Congrats on the hunting property and did you buy in the darien area? I believe that is where you have been hunting in the past. -

technically they did install a new cable so that must have taken at least 4 hours and cant forgot that engineered bracket they made for you... Remember that pile of plastic they screwed together ....at least another 4 hours on that wonderful engineered pile

Hey guys I am posting for a friend and have zero interest in this so please don't ask any questions to me. This boat is being brokered by smith boys and all questions should be directed to them. Owner has moved and is looking to move this ASAP! Willing to deal. Please check out the link below. It does have 600 original hours and is in good shape for the year. Has a nice deck for salmon or cruising and a fly bridge. Make offer he might actually take it http://www.smithboys.com/m/showcase_unit.htm?id=723098&status=2
