  1. Emailed him thanks! I been thinking used but they are so few and far between and starting to look at starweld 2000 pro line. Very similar layout. I love the cut outs in the back of the newer models for setting lines or extra seats if it's family time. Also about 10k cheaper

  2. Yes the biggest difference I notice between a 3 pounder and a 9 is....

The 9 has a lot more meat!

    Well usually 6lbs more ;)

  3. I really think this will be a flagship store so i am excited about it but i fear it will be more of a show stopper than catering to the local fisherman and hunting community. So basically just general items at an increased rate. I really hope i am completely wrong and its a fantastic store with great lakes and fingerl lakes selection of gear regular stocked but I feel i still will get a better selection from local shops, that is where my money will still continue to go.

As a resident of victor i also worry about the traffic that two lane rt 96 will develop. I hope the town has a plan for route 96 to widen to accomodate increased traffic through there. If anyone has drove down into the village recently they can attest to the cluster that happens at peak times.

Also Hopefully they hire management locally and the economic impact ripples through out the community with new good paying retail jobs that have sportrsman that actually know what the heck they are talking about.  Anyone know of the wage scale bps pays at???

  4. i am confused, conesus seems like a perfect walleye lake. Deep but not to deep, lots of bait, obviously reproducing in the lake on their own. What i am confused about it rarely gets stocked but honeoye on the other hand gets loaded with eyes almost every year.  Also has super low oxygen levels in 30 fow at its deepest and really no structure???

so somebody way smarter than i please help me out

  5. If you want to purchase some new, the best prices I've found have been at Northwoods Wholesale Outlet out of Michigan.  They don't have everything in-stock listed on their website so it's best to call them.  Quick shipping and great prices - $60 for the ratcheting rod holders (everywhere else I've found they're $80+).

i search for months for used ones  and ended up purchasing from them as well and deffinitely call them. I got better prices with people on phone than on website
