You are correct Chris... One of the guys that dropped off ended up coming through and filled his spot.
We went 3 for 6 with kills. A 124 a 138 and 148, the other two guys drew on bucks over 150 but just couldn't get shots and the other guy did not have a shot opportunity. he did see some giants but couldn't get them in under 40 yards.

Just got back from spending a week 6 miles from pike county. Scored on the second to last day of the hunt! Deer in Illinois are big! If you ever get a chance to go out west jump at it! Came in for a big 10 yard shot and put the hammer down. Went 35 yards and tipped over.

Crappy night in stand... Two yearlings all by their lonesome. Could mean momma was having a good time somewhere else?
Anyone else

Please post what you are seeing...
Today my buddy killed a giant typical 12 on his way back to bed but he saw 10 bucks on their feet before 8am. Two fighting as well. I am going out saturday and sunday. Freaking excited to be in the deer woods
Glad you guys found him what a great story!!! Not a lot of people would have jumped into that water to even see if the deer was on the other side Always a lesson to be learned in the woods... unclear shot wait 6 hours next time.

Good deal i found for today only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ddw 3 piece scent system for 13 bucks. If you dont know about camo fire they do a couple hunting gear deals a day and when they run out they move on to the next one. So get in while the getting is good
The rubber stopper? I don't believe the rack attack came with a stock string stopper... So it's probably an sts, mean v, bowjax or Bow rattler. Take a pic if you don't know and I'll let you know

it really works.. i always wondered if it really did till like i said before my dog got hit in the face by a skunk. I tried everything and he still stunk! I grabbed my scent spray and couple sprays and it was gone!
16 oz. (2 cups) Peroxide ( yes, I use the brown bottled stuff)
16 oz. (2 cups) Distilled Water or water from a dehumidifier
¼ cup baking soda
1 oz. On non-scented shampoo (I use Hunters Specialties green shampoo)
(Or adjust amounts to whatever size you make accordingly)
Let sit for several days (1 gallon milk jug works good with lid loose)

Distilled water hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Little bit of scent free soap. Let it settle an it will eliminate any scent even skunk and it cost about 5 bucks for gallons
