    The ban isn't because of lead poisoning in animals....its about neutralizing the ammo americans have stock piled.     My brother in law had 11,000 hours on his 1985 sportcraft 250 fisherman when he retired from chartering in 2005. Never had the motor apart. Rebuilt the outdrive 4 or 5 times but never rebuilt the motor. Changed the oil faithfully. I mated for him (Witch charter and guide service) out of salmon country marina, before i became a charter captain so i have first hand knowledge.     Those are all great boats but I would consider a used 21 or 22 ft fiberglass boat of good quality. The weight on the water will be invaluable. I sold my fishmaster 196 and went to a 21 1/2 ft.     We fished 140 fow to 250 fow this morning. We landed 8 of the 9 fish we hooked but it was over by 10:30 am 11" squares with cut bait was the best today. Fish were 17 to 21 lbs. Fleas not to bad. Sent from my SM-G973U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
