    It also amazes me the people who never tie down their boats. I've seen some bouncing pretty good and try to get the h#$% away from them as wouldn't want a boat coming off in front of me when i'm doing 70 mph.

    I use this recipe alot with geese: http://www.ducks.org/hunting/recipes/cooking-garlicky-duck-skewers we also do a pulled goose (same as pulled pork), french dip/beef on wick type goose as well with the crockpot and both turn out great. Many people we serve it to have no clue its goose and think it's beef.

    Yeah get what you're saying. But I still will use it at times during winter for perch and other times when things might freeze so don't want to deal with the i/o in that aspect.

    Yeah, saw the one in OH. Should have put I want an outboard and full windsheild, otherwise I probably would have jumped on the one Eyespy had on here. Woody, I think I know the one your talking about and thought it was sold, but if you see it again and want to grab the number for it that would be cool. thanks

    Should have jumped on a couple I looked at earlier but hesitated and I screwed up, then lately i am the second caller and the first person always buys the one I'm interested in. Seems like there are none around right now for sale that are in my price range. Looking for a 17-19' Fishmaster or similar under $10,000, trying to find a late 90's-early 2000's with 90 hp or so with livewell and storage. I did see the one in Hamlin (his definition of great shape and mine are very different). I'm hoping that people are still using them and more will be coming onto the market soon. Let me know what you have or know about. I have been looking daily on numerous sites. Thanks

    Has the gas been sitting around since the last time he used it and did it have any stablizer in the fuel? Any gas that sits around longer than a few weeks without stabilizer of some type is more than likely bad/separated. If it was me I would put fresh gas in and see how it runs then start troubleshooting if needed. i have a friend that works on small engines for some extra income and enjoys it and he says most problems today are due to crappy gas or gas that sits too long.

    I haven't smoked them but did use the snack stix mix without the casings and dehydrated them. Last time I used ground venison and ground goose and it turned out good, but i have done all goose and is fine. I've only started dabbling in smoking meats so not sure how the apple works on goose.

    Larry, On your dispies on mono or braided line? I got into one a few weeks back but my only braid reel's linecounter crapped the bed and I could not seem to get to the same spot. Got a new sealine now instead of the old crappy gander mtn reel.

    I was out on the east side yesterday across from Butler Rd, and we got 3 dinks, moved around a little 18-25ft, didnt go past 25 as there is a weird looking area that I walked near and as I got closer it took one hit with the spud and went through. Talked to another guy who got 5 in shallower maybe 10-15 ft but then nothing so he was moving around a bit. A few other guys out further north but not sure how they were doing. Had to leave at 130 but heard the afternoon bit was better. Ice was a good 8" except for weird looking area (ie no deep snow on it just had a dusting). Didnt see anyone off butler rd that I could tell from the east side.
