Stranded in Sodus
Fishfull Thinking replied to TheToadHunter's topic in New York Fishing Reports - Lake Ontario (South Shore)
I live locally, if there is anything I can do, shoot me a pm. There is a tractor supply in Ontario on 104. There is also a trailer place on 104 called factory direct trailers but I don't know if they are open on Sunday's. -

That is super nice of you. Honestly I don't mind paying you, I've been looking for one of these stupid reels to replace one I lost all spring. If you won't accept money, I'll find another way to make it up to you down the road. My boat is at krenzers, or my parents house works. Unfortunately I will be out of town this weekend so I won't even be able to buy you a beer! -

1989 Baha Cruisers 310 Fisherman Hardtop Express - PRICED TO MOVE We just moved up to a little bigger boat and are looking to sell our Baha. It is a good fishing boat and has served us well over the years. Twin Mercruiser 351 gas engines 11.5’ Beam Kenyon electric stove, Norcold Tec II Fridge Pump flush head and enclosed bathroom Fresh water shower, sinks – although we never used them, the system is intact Forward V-berth and Midship bunk Tinted windows Spare Starboard Prop The boat is essentially ready to fish and is equipped with: Autohelm 6000 Powerpilot Raymarine RC425 Chartplotter Uniden UM525 Marine Radio Furuno FCV-585 Large Screen Color fish Finder Fishhawk 840/X4 – The Triducer and Probe are X4 and we were running the 840 display, but that could be changed over easily enough 2 Big Jon electric Planer Reels Tite Loc rail system with several rod holders and rigger mounts 2 Big Jon Adjustable rod holders Magma Cutting board Aluminum Outriggers The boat is set up with Scotty downrigger plugs. The riggers are not included. I do have a set of older Cannon Mag10s that could go along with the boat. One of the engines was rebuilt 2 seasons ago and a transmission was replaced the season before that. The Outer stringers were fully replaced several years ago as well. It is a good, strong, stable boat for anyone looking to move up a bit in size. Boat is located at our home in Sodus. $12,000 – PM or email Fishfullthinking1@gmail.com with any questions. All of the photos were taken this week (sorry for the clutter, we are in the process of 'moving out')

AM Tournament
Fishfull Thinking replied to grab the net's topic in Tournament Talk, Shows, Events & Seminars
I know the idea of some sort of tourney out of Sodus has been tossed around a little. Dawn & Troy at Warrens Hook Line and Sinker are putting on a spring brown trout only derby, and have talked about having some kind of summer event. If the support is there, they may be able to help out and get something going. It takes a lot of work and dedication to put on a successful event, but it really is great to see that everyone still has passion for competition! -
No, you are not alone. I am seeing it the same way. There are parts of this I really like, and other parts which really don;t sound so great. I will wait and see what the final rules look like before we decide if we are in or out, but it isn't looking good. Too bad too, I really enjoyed these events!

Jeff - Bob loves the Oak if I may speak for him. He and I took the first place Steelhead in the Orleans. Ok, ok, so it was me, but I was on his boat He is enjoying himself up there for sure though

Looking for a few switch guards for connon downriggers. The company apparently doesn't make them anymore, nor do they seem to know what I am talking about. I tried to email them and they emailed me back about the switch boot. I know they exist. If anyone happens to have a couple, or know where I might find some guards to protect the switch from accidentally getting flipped, PLEASE let me know! Thanks!

Hmm.... looks like someone was lucky they had a friend with them to reach down and grab that big male out... and all that after you left for fishing without me. Don't get too used to fish like that buddy
