    Raymarine EV-100 if you have hydraulic steering. It steers my 9.9 kicker thru my 175 OB with an ez-steer .

    Yeah, last i heard was 20" but i do see some cracks and our neighbors bubblers are eroding it pretty far out from the docks. Just be careful

    I did see a few guys off of resort road today and there were several tents in front of grassy point, but i didn't get a chance to talk to them to see what ice conditions were like or the fishing.

    I also have a #3000 Hewitt cantilever hoist, I put their electric motor on it 2 years ago, now its pleasant raising & lowering the boat. Wish I got the remote tho, now I have to hold the key all the way up or down. Also like said above getting hoist in & out gets old but only have to do it twice a year. Beer & buddies help a lot!!

    Spent the entire day on the ice with a few buddies from PA with their sons, fishing was terrible but food, drink & company was great. Highlight was when these 2 planes landed on ice, talked to an ice fisherman for a little while then took off & did a fly by.

    I installed the Raymarine ev-100 on my 21' cuddy with 175 outboard tied to my 9.8 kicker with the ez-steer, works great! Fished solo many times this year, worked great.

    I got 2 from Screwie Louie's last weekend. Btw the cable clamp that comes in package sucks. I ended up going to tractor supply and getting a rubber grommet to fit the new hole you new to drill and loading it up with a lot of silicone. Looks bettet than cannons clamp too.

    Still slow from the guys i talked to coming off the south end of the bay. It's been a fairly slow year from most of the guys i talked to this year.
