pre-fished fri. evening, went two for two--flasher fly took both fish i think? went out sat. set the same spead same gps trail and never moved a rod. headed north (after three hours) and moved to the west side. did a couple on spoons. stinger mags. turned the north corned and hit fish. the biggest being 5 or 6# laker. did a couple small browns on the flat line but nothing worth weighing. totals were 11 for 12 same old song and dance the biggest fish was dropped at the back of the boat.... anyway the guy i was fishing with wanted to go home, so we left at 11:00 pm after loading the boat.
my two pennies worth is as follows...thank-you so very much(law inforcement officers) for doing your job and being concerned for MY freedoms. been checked twice in and around Oswego harbor. these people were very profesional!! on the other hand try dealing with Pa. officers, YOU ARE GUILTY until you prove differant and a bad attitude only makes it worse.
cayuga doesn't blow up as bad as seneca or as fast, with a small boat i can stay out longer or find a flatter area to fish. the blue bubble wasn't made for confort ,esp. in two footers. good fishing to all that are headed to oswaca this weekend, see you on the water ch. 68 south end
sfarm...hope you don't expect to touch a rod when were fishing for prize money.. i have seen you try, i repeat try, to use a hand tool. if you don't know righty tighty.. you will never learn which way to turn the little cranky thing.... rollie
thank-you ray i'm going to try and get a team in place, but first i''ll have to find a bigggerrr boat. blue bubble does like much over one footers. if i only knew!!!!
and it is ... i have a 16ft. 1963 lone star aluminuim boat. fully rigged for lake fishing 50hp. four stroke ..... the trouble is it's like fishing from a cork hence the name "blue bubble"... any thoughts on removing the decking and adding several hundred?? pounds to the center line.... top end speed is not a priority so take that out of your thoughts. any and all comments are welcome.
three on each board, two per rigger and a very striaght troll, could be done.. . stink bait for trout??? or maybe hairball bait??? nay just chuck them out the window at 65 mph on the way home
scott does every one on the boat have to be a member i'd love to take the wifes cats for a ride run two poles for each cat that would give me a ten line spread then dispose of the cats on the way home!!! rollie
