  1. Original question was for the small yellow pinch pad shower curtain type, running my boards off the mast line, I call them straight line boards. Old yellow Birds. But , you have answered another issue I had with my Church boards as well! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  4. Bummer... I am in PA. I knew I wanted to get to the show, didn't happen. Would have been perfect. I am trying to fit the 19 strand (.015) onto a Shimano Tek300. I only fish the Fingers, I think I can get close to 500 feet on it, but not sure. I could have just walked over and sad "fill me up"!... Dave
  5. I was just trying to avoid shipping costs, I will contact directly. Thanks!
  6. Looking for 19 strand, seems to be a popular item. Anyone now were I can order a 1000'? Direct from Canada, shipping costs? Dave
  7. Hello All, Respooling here....quick question, anyone have trouble with braid not holding in the pinch pads of the small/medium off shore releases? I run straight line planner boards, and was thinking of utilizing lead with braid, but was not sure the braid wouldn't slip through the pinch pads. Thanks, Dave

  9. Hello All, Quick question on location. Anyone have any thoughts on how close together I can mount my P66 50-200Khz and my fishhawk 70Khz? I have the P66 already on the boat. The Fishhawk is new, I am hoping to position both starboard of the outboard. I have not measured but should have attest 12 inches I hope between the two transducers. Is that enough? Dave
  10. That is one skinny fish...
  11. I have not heard anything new, “under consideration “ was the last presentation I saw/heard for Keuka. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  14. Group LOU would go a long way I bet.....
  15. Type, was just asking if any thru hull had ever been tried. I have not found any yet via search. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  16. This leads me back to my original question, but with a new twist. Has anyone utilized a through hull transducer, aluminum boat, for an x4 fish hawk (70 kHz)? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  17. Do you think the rezboost is close to chirp? I can not find details on rezboost. The new units claim chirp like results. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  18. Anyone have any experience with/or is there available a chirp transom mount transducer between the entry level 150 and the 185c that works well with the Lowarnce gen 3's? Is the 150 with 300w enough? The 185HW has a 25 degree cone with 1wK power. But is very expensive.
  19. Very good, after all the feedback, thinking Lowrance hds gen 3 , with a chirp transducer. I mostly troll, I am sure if I added the side scan, down scan, I would find myself looking more at the electronics then fishing! Will also have a fishhawk speed transducer mounted close by. 20. thanks!!! understood. Dave
  21. Wallyandre, in your opinion, is the 150 a better fit with the HDS-3 the the total scan transducer that comes with one of the packages? I believe, I would get some side scan capabilities from the package (TotalScan). The 150 is 2D improved Chirp. only, correct? Thanks for your feedback. Dave
  22. Thanks, I will do that. Maybe take5 minutes we could walk through the screens together. Appreciate the help. I just can't seem to get my screen correct. Dave
  23. Bigcat_ I have this same unit with a P66 transducer. How do you get your fish marks to look like this? Don't mean to hijack this thread. My screen options for fish marks either show up as "size" or "fish symbols" just curious on your settings. to the original post - this 620 has worked wellformed with over 1100 hours in the Fingers. Dave
