  1. When I was chartering at Pt. Breeze and targeting steelhead, I always used two #0 dipseys on my outside riggers. I would set them at 3 and run them less than 20' behind the ball with a spoon or dodger/fly. This was my hottest rig when set up high in the water column. Never had a tangle on them. When they went, you knew it!
  2. You might want to consider Sodus. Just check out the thread.
  3. You live in Avon and want to take your 4 yr. old fishing. Definately go to the DEC pond. Nice and easy and plenty of fish.

Lucky. Just think how many more you could have caught if you went to Cayuga with me
  5. I am in Rochester. I won't ship but I think you fish Seneca and Cayuga a lot. My son is at Cornell and I go to Ithaca a lot too. We could probably meet.
  6. Thanks. I just found out that it is a "C". However, this is on a Galvanized wheel that sells for $50 w/o the tire. I will either take $75 or a trade for a new 4.80 X 12" five whole wheel trailer tire.
  7. New trailer tire for sale. It is on a galvanized wheel and was one of two spares. It has never been on the road. SIZE ST 205/75 D 14. It is a five hole. Note Load range D is a heavier duty range. Asking $75.
  8. Can't go this weekend - too busy cleaning smelt Looks like 20mph out of the NE. The weather breaks real good for next week. Lets set up a day.
  9. Gater. So where was my phone call? I was out at Sodus doing the contest. Finished in third with a 1lb 7oz. when you were at Seneca. Limited out both days so no complaints. Take care.
  10. Sorry. You are right. I had looked at some other sites. I will reduce to $425. Just remember, no tax or shipping. Local pick up only.
  11. For sale is my Hummingbird Ice 55. I bought this last year and only used it four times. I just don't need it for my type of fishing (tip downs) It works great and includes the case($70), all the original boxes, charger, and instructions. New it costs $499 and with tax and case it would be around$600. I am looking to get $500. You save $100 on an almost new flasher. I do not want to mail this and it is for pickup in the Rochester,NY area. The photo shows it turned on in simulator mode.
  12. Nice job. I have to make a trip to Cornell Friday and hope to do a little jigging first. If you don't mind telling, where did you launch and fish. Thanks.
  13. Gave up on L.Ontario and have been driving to Buffalo. Just go out of the small boat harbor and head towards the roundhouse or to any of the shoals. Just like Ontario used to be.
  14. Try casting Xraps size 12 in 4-15' along the west shore. I had my best luck from Roys. Marina on south.
