  1. The find of a lifetime would be the deer wearing them ......
  2. Based on comments here I've checked some of the premium brands websites. It appears that Sitka, First Lite, Kyrptek, etc. all make an early season line. In addition, I follow the sales at Wing Supply and have been very happy with a variety of the Browning line they offer on sale.
  3. Thanks for all the info guys!
  4. Coyotes invade home and they let em go ......... http://www.msn.com/en-us/video/animals/coyotes-invade-michigan-mans-home/vi-AAlXhdf?ocid=spartandhp
  5. This is true. I mentioned earlier in this thread I've had trouble with some garments from Cabelas (Wooltimate). The good thing with them is you can send back. That is one of the reasons I'm looking this time of year. There's no hurry for use of the clothing plus there are decent sales.
  6. Interesting comment on the Sitka Gear. I still hunt some but mostly hunt stands same as you. How was the fit with the Cabelas Stand Hunter?
  7. I recently purchased Cabela's wooltimate fleece. The shoulders and sleeves were tight in my normal size so I sent them back and ordered the next size up. The overall garment was too big and the arms were still tight. ( No ... I'm not built like Popeye) . This isn't the first time I've had a Problem with Cabelas sizing
  8. Thanks! Kuiu is one I haven't checked out yet so I'll give em a look. Sitka seems to be the one everybody recommends.
  9. Considering new Hunting Clothes I'm looking to invest in some good warm, reliable hunting clothes. I'm checking out all the name brands such as Sitka, Nomad, First Lite. Today I stumbled across a couple new name (to me anyway). Does anyone have any experience with Plythal or Kryptek? These brands are an investment so any help is appreciated. Also comments on the other mentioned brands. Thanks!
  10. I'll take the last batch/pic. PayPal
  11. That encouraging!
  12. Agreed this is over the line .... what happens when a big fish grabs a smaller drone and takes off? Little more $$$ involved than losing a flasher/fly combo.
  13. Thanks Sk8man .... your right. I'm looking to set up a trip for an older neighbor in late winter early spring who has expressed interest. Had a guy I used several times yrs. ago but can't reach him so I'm looking to see whats/who is out there now..
  14. PM to you
  15. Perch Fishing Does anyone know of a good guide on Seneca for perch.
  16. Seneca Gun Sports
  17. I would I find out the twist to my T/C impact barrel. Nothing in the manual
  18. Good info .... my question is answered. Thanks!
  19. Great info guys!!! Thanks!
  20. Is low glow the same as IR?
  21. In reading the info here it appears that most shoot 250 gr. sabots. So today I find some Blackhorn209 at a local store and the counter guy tells me to use 300 gr. sabots. We were talking shockwaves to be specific as that is what I am currently using in 250 gr. Anybody doing 300? He suggested going "110 by volume" with the powder too.
  22. I have a number of Browning, a couple Coverts that are my oldest cams, and one Moultrie that a friend gave me. The coverts are 3 yrs. old and so far have worked good. The Brownings are new or last yr. The Strike Force is the best. I have a Dark Ops but the Strike Force does better. I'm considering a camera that sends pics to my cell or computer. Anyone have thoughts on what way to go. I'm with Verizon. Also, does anyone go back to the manufacturers website to check for software updates. That's something I've never done because things have been good and ....why screw it up if it's working?
  23. Me too just looking it the pic ....
  24. Bought the T/C Impact 3 yrs. ago so I could get into M/Ling. The thought was it would be a starter gun. Like it so much I don't presently see the need to change. Think at the time it was just a bit over $200.00 w/o a scope.
