    plugs are easy to swap out, it's worth a try, the other thing you can do, when is about to stall, spray some silicone or starting fluid in the carb, just an easy step to further diag the fuel system, [fuel pump, or carb float]

    as long as your kicker has a charging system, you don't have to do anything. but if not, your going to want to install another battery that's deep cycle and isolate it with a perko switch. that second battery will be your electronics battery, your original battery will only be for starting your main motor. then you can charge the second when the main motor is running Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    Do not ground anything to an aluminum boat, there are several videos on YouTube that will explain it better than i can. run power and ground back to the battery with a ciruit breaker at the battery on the positive wire Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
