    I had the same exact issue you are experiencing with my Mercury 9.9 4 stroke which was hooked into my main fuel tank. I first replaced all the hoses and the primer bulb and the fuel filter it helped a little but it still happened every few hours. The next thing i did was replace the fuel pump and that alleviated the issue. What i think happened on my 2000 kicker motor the fuels filter diaphragm was compromised by the alcohol in the fuel and that where i think i was losing prime. Since i replaced with a new fuel pump that is compatible with ethanol gasoling i have not had the issue since.

    I had a similar issue with my 2000 Mercury 9.9 kicker. I would be able to troll for an hour or so and then it would kick off if i reprimed the bulb running to the motor and restart it would work again for another hour or two any way the issue turned out to be my fuel pump the membrane in the fuels pump went bad from ethanol gas after i replaced the fuel pump with a new pump it works fine no issues. Also my set up for fuels was the same as yours i would pull the fuel from the main tank that my main motor ran from. Anyw ay this issue plagued me for a few months, but happy now it is fixed.

    I have a pair of eagle claw star fire rods they have the roller wheels for all the eyelets mounted on them i have a Penn 345GTI reel with about 500 feet of copper installed on them. The reels and rods are used but the reels work as they should and had very light use in the past 2 years. I am asking $150 for each rod and reel copper setup.

    I have for sale a pair of Daiwa sealine Great Lakes 47LC line counter reels spooled with wire line for a dipsey diver setup. The reels are used but in excellent condition. The counters work as they should. The drags work as they should. The clicker works as it should. Both reels have about 400 feet of 30lb wire with 80lb spider wire for backing. Both reels were used last season. I am asking 45$ each.
