Yep you gotta slow down a bit to get the flasher/fly combo to work best. Try a Spin Doctor and fly, they work better sometimes on Finger Lakes. thanks for the report and good fishing!

Got out after work and it was kinda slow, but I managed a few and got this guy as a bonus! Sure beats the heck outta watchin TV! 20 inches and around 5 lbs. maybe? He swam away to get caught again another day....

I enjoyed your story Tom, thanks! Its always kinda fun to get inside a captain's head and figure out what he's thinking. Well, er maybe not what he's thinking of ALL the time (right Ray?) - might be scarred for life.....

Richard I can't figure out who looks better you or that ugly ole nasty laker! Glen ALWAYS seems to figure out when to jump on a rod when a big brown is there. Me thinks he sees it on his electronics just before it fires! Chris, Glen is very complimentary of your skill and I can tell he is glad to have you as a teammate. That in itself is something to be proud of, oh yeah that and an LOC winning fish! Seriously, what an awesome job guys! Be careful Richard everyone is gonna want you on their boat now, especially your cousin.
