  1. I'm located in Carthage NY. I prefer face to face rather than shipping it. Shipping might be pretty expensive due to the weight and size of the trimmer.
  2. Selling my lightly used power case trimmer. I've trimmed less than 500 .223 cases with the included RCBS 3 way cutter, which trims, chamfers and deburrs the cases all at the same time. All the case pilots are included, as well as the owner's manual an instructions for the trimmer and 3 way cutter. The trimmer works great. I'm selling it because I don't use it any more. I bought it new, but it hasn't been used for about 2 years. Asking $225 for all.
  3. Mine too...
  4. Just looked out the window and it's snowing pretty hard 10 miles east of Watertown.
  5. No signs of spring in Watertown NY yet...
  6. Great job Matt, and congrats!
  7. I bought a used boat with the windshield tinted. It was lousy during low light and low visibility (foggy) conditions. I removed the windshield tint and it was the best decision. No windshield tint for me.
  8. Thanks again for the feedback and info! Much appreciated.
  9. Thanks for all the feedback and info! I've got plenty to research over the next month or so. I'm looking forward to the Brewerton show on the 17th.
  10. What brand and weight LC do you guys use for Lake O walleye, as well as Oneida walleye? I'll be using the same rods and reels for both lakes this year so I need one size that fits all. The LC rods might even get used for salmon. I was planning to run a 2 color rod and maybe a 4 or 5 color, with braid backing and a floro leader. I've never used LC before so I need your input and advice. Thanks!
  11. Thanks Silver Fox! it's time to modify some stick baits.
  12. Thanks for clarifying the 27# Stealthcore, Mike!
  13. Thanks for the Rapala guide, Wallyandre! Silver Fox, do your single hook modifications look anything like those in the Rapala guide?
  14. Thanks for the additional feedback. I'll use my Yellow Birds with the 12# line and I'll pick up some stainless pins and run my 44's with 50# braid.
  15. Thanks! I might have those in my box already.
  16. Thanks Mike! I was thinking the 18# would be the minimum for Lake Ontario. I think some guys are running 27# or more.
  17. What size Suffix LC are you using? I was considering buying some 18#.
  18. What size split rings do you use? This question is for anyone who replaces trebles with split rings.
  19. Thanks again for all the feedback, much appreciated! Lots of information to digest and consider.
  20. Sounds pretty grim for lakeshore residents and businesses...
  21. I have three rods with 12lb mono, 2 rods with 50lb Power Pro, and 8 rods with 30lb mono. I'm looking at buying 2 or 3 lead core rods this year, starting with a 2 color and a 5 color, then maybe a 10 color. Will 30lb mono or 50lb braid work with the 44? I can use the Yellow Birds with my 12lb line.
  22. Ok, I've got some 50lb Power Pro laying around.
  23. Thanks Tyee. I run my yellow birds with the bead stop, and I like that method. I was concerned about the TX-44 clips on lighter line, which is why I'm asking questions on here.
