Does anybody know if I can add the gear driven line counters to the Cannon Lake Troll manuals? The come with the line counters out on the end of the boom. Tom

Lead core would work just fine but the 47's are a tad small to put all 10 colors on with plenty of backing for lake "O". If your going to go with a smaller core 5-7 color for the fingers the 47 would work fine. Tom

That sounds good to me, I've been told by a reliable source that some of the best fishing on Cayuga is in the winter months. Tom

Sidewinder, Last weekend there were a lot of fish in the 60 - 90 fow range so you don't have to venture to far from shore. I know some of the fellas were talking with the amount of rain in the forecast and the cooler temperatures this week the salmon could possibly be in even closer by the weekend. Last weekend the best color was any kind of green spoon, flasher fly combo most of the salmon were hugging the bottom in 60 - 90 fow. Good luck and monitor the weather and you should be hooked up! Yeah I agree just seems that as the #'s increase in my age the more and more I love summer I used to love winter more than any other season, but now when I take the motor off the boat and cover it for winter...I get a little somber Tom

Couldn't have said it any better myself Vic, Dustin called each of his friends twice by the time we got home . I told Hank one of my fondest memories growing up is when my dad used to take us to the Raquette river starting when my brother and myself were 4 & 5.
