  10. Doug, There was picture that I think TBromund drew of what your dipsy actually looks like at depth in the water. When you let your dipsy out its sorta like your downrigger cables there is a certain amount of blow back in the water. I couldn't find the post or I would give you the link to it . I do know one thing they are farther away from the boat than you think. I know at times when you look at your spread it looks like everything is going to get tangles cause the lines are so close. But I think its sort of an optical illusion as your looking in the water. I dont have an exact answer but maybe one of the more experienced fishermen or woman will. Tom

  12. Personally I usually hold my tongue, but as long as it was brought up Another thing that would be very helpfull to a guy that has very limited time (4 children) and usually cannot plan ahead is a quick tweet about the lake conditions as we all know how spot on NOAA is . Just my little bit of imput. Tom

  20. Jeff, One of my friends fishes with 10lb sharks on his Easi troll manuals he hasn't had any issues as far as the weight compared to the booms there is definiately more blow back that you have to contend with, compared to a heavier ball but I guess like what was said in the above post I would be a little leary about going above 10lbs. Tom

  22. Ahh I see, I lost a couple of spin doctor fly combos last year and I know what you meen it does hurt. I'm sure another successful trip back to the lake would ease the pain Tom
