  9. go with a 10'6 rod cause when you find dipsies catch more fish then you can get some 8'6 rods to pull inside for pulling 2 on each side either brand is good but i dont recomend rollers
  10. bigweeniebrand.com great selection roll good right out of the package
  11. 11" okie flashers here white blue/white green/glow frog/glow watermelon black/silver gold meat can be very effective be sure to get the roll right be patient...not a lot of bites on meat but usually a decent fish
  12. no need to run to the lanes....just head out of the trench ( not great fishing there until late july and august)... anyways head SW @ 330 degrees IF there are kings in the area you should run into them out there
  13. best solution.....lose 2 of the riggers....less confusion for you and the fish.....most days less lines can be better
  14. copper can be effective can also ( mostly ) be a pain in the ass no your reel isnt big enough yes you can run it down the shute...yes it will tangle i suggest if your gonna try it get a Z-line or a new church board big enough to handle it and pull it off that to get it out away from your spread there is days our copper rods are the only ones to take fish...also days it never fires i run 500 / 400 /300 /200..... if i was gonna run just one it would be the 400....gets ya somewhere between 85-95 depending on what your pulling/speed/currents good luck
  15. open doesnt do wknd box as you can fish 1 or both days
  16. do yourself a favor and get malin wire...torpedo is JUNK
  17. always the option of 500' of wire and braid backer...then only time braid is in the water is when a fish hits up side is only 1 spool for 2 reels down side is if you get a kink or break off you got a reel with short wire
  18. try gander mtn if there is one near you...they have small supply of lowrance stuff if not there....turtlemarine.com lowrance customer service sucks you might not even get an answer by next wknd
  19. i would head north a bit to sandy pond ( ranked #5 in the state for pike fishing) north end probably best place to start
