Tried everything everybody said nothing would work on the battery tried contacting Li Time even calling China. Nobody would bother to answer me from lie time sent the battery back finally got credit.
I’m just asking not mad at the mechanic . After some of your comments I’m more at ease. For someone 70 years old $135 an hour seems a lot.i sound like my dad in the 70s.The reason I didn’t ask before , the mechanic that did the work owned the place and his prices were very reasonable. He just sold the business now just works there .
I had a battery switch put in the back of a 20 foot pontoon along with the battery box 20 gauge wire going up to the front of the boat and two poles to put my trolling motor to connect to. $571. I think it’s a little lot of whack but then again I’m 70 and everything seems expensive now.
Looking for recommendation on a good regular deep cycle AGM marine battery. Not going the lithium route. It’s going in a pontoon boat and I won’t use it that much. For a 12v trolling motor. Thanks ahead of time.
I wrote the whole thing trying to hang onto a 10 week old puppy so that’s where it’s kind of messed up. I apologize for that. The only thing I tried it on was lead acid batteries and it told me how much was left. How good the battery was how many volts, it went through a whole thing so the charger I think works it’s just doesn’t communicate With the lithium ion battery I have a friend that’s has a load tester so I can get tested, but the charger doesn’t even recognize the battery. I’ve sent an email to LiTime the battery company. I sent a text. I’ve made a phone call and I tried a chat. Nobody would Respond. The only setting is 10% 30% 50% 90% 100% like that. And no instructions with the battery any help I appreciate it.
I knew to lithium batteries. I bought a 12v 100ah group 24 blue tooth battery. Also. Ought a 25amp smart charger. When I hook up the charger a pic of a battery flashes on the screen and the charger shows off.hook up the charger to several other batteries starts charging right away.Li Time won’t respond to emails, texts or chat.any know what’s going on?
Should I get a look lead acid battery or should I go the extra money for lithium? Not something I’m going to use every day once in a while never had a trolling motor so I don’t know.
Thanks.I’ve done some research on the “see though “ blinds. If you all the window covers open at once you can be spotted.DONT want to take that chance.
Looking for a new ground blind. My doghouse ones are wearing out. Trying to find one with windows on all 4 sides. Don’t want one that will fall apart in a year.Any recommendations would help. I hunt with long gun handgun and crossbow. Thanks for any help Tim
Putting a 12v minnkota powerdrive on my pontoon boat.Don’t want to hook it up to main motor and really to want carry the battery home while pontoon is left at the dock. Thinking of hooking solar charger up. My question is what system would I need ? Not my main fishing boat so it will have time to recharge. Thanks Tim
Once my motorized bracket was mounted and working I never looked back. But your motor is probably almost half the weight.I'd stick with the one you have and save money for some new rods and reels. Good luck.
I bought an electric hydraulic bracket for my Islander rated for a 35 hp. Put a 15 hp 4 stroke on never had any problems trailering. It does however look a lot stronger than yours.
