    Mustad 3x strong in 1/0 size or Gamakatsu 4X in 1/0 These both hold up well.

    Taking a charter is definitely the way to learn about catching fish on Lady O; That's how we got started the first few years. I would hire a charter for a day and then fish out of my own boat the next few days applying what I had observed on the charter.

    It has been a while since I fished the Oak. We used to come up and fish with Butch on the Pisces for a day and then fish for a few days out of my 20' Penn Yan. It was a great way to learn.This is sounding more and more like a good Idea.
