    Let me reword this. As I was powder painting some of my homemade spoons I made a stencil for dots and remember most spoons have an odd number of dots most of the time? Usually 5 or 7. I wonder why. No it's not one of those why do they made a round pizza, cut into triangles and then put it in a square box questions.

    Let me tell you something about glow tape and I used to be a salmon flasher manufacturer. I'm not sure of the UV tape but glow tape costs the same as all the other color tapes. Don't let anyone tell you different. If they tell you glow costs more, its bs

    You can add a bunch of new regs. but when it comes right down to it, if there are not enough DEC guys in the streams to enforce the rules we have already, it’s a lost cause. Start where the problem begins, enforcement of the rules we have

    But make sure you order the one that is black. I ordered a #5 in black and they sent me one with tape on it. I wrote to chinookdiver and they never answered my email about it.

    I got the part to fix it. I may just keep them, not sure yet as they cost me 400 with the extra housings I needed to buy. What's your offer?

    The DEC admits that the pen raising survival rate is double over barge or shore stocking. Hopefully they will soon realize that this is the way to go. Sure it’s going to cost more $ but in the long run they’re getting more bang for their buck
