1998 Mercury 9.9 four stroke outboard with controls. It is a 20" long shaft, electric start and has controls. No Tiller handle. IT HAS 96 HOURS ON THE HOUR METER OF ORIGINAL USE. It came off a 14' boat that was only used in fresh water. It is in EXCELLENT SHAPE AND IS VERY CLEAN. It was just serviced with a oil change and lower unit oil change. It is ready to go. It would make a great kicker motor. Motor is located in Oswego and can be seen on the weekends only. I live out of state. Asking $1300 or best offer.
