Some douche that didn't know how to drive or care -
I used a thermacell the last time out and it didn't help. Didn't have any Buggspray so we headed in. Flies were so thick you couldn't stand it.

The launch at the North end of Cape Vincent is owned by the village. It was open as of yesterday.
