    They were bad in Oswego on Friday and Saturday and possibly worse towards Mexico and off the plant. It seemed the more west we trolled the less there were which I attribute to the cooler water that we encountered the further west we trolled. The 30lb Trilene wasn't doing a good job of keeping them off. We'll have to switch to the Sea Flee line the next time out although we can't do anything with the wire lines except to just deal with it.

    Greg, just throwing this out there for ya....I'm pretty sure they make a 1 piece 7 ft. 6-15lb ugly stik to fit what your looking for, but you will pay 2-3 times as much vs. the Eagle Claw. Not sure of the stiffness though. I know Bass Pro has them if you have a chance to take a look at one.

    That's correct. I used to own this model several years back. Because of it's 300 gallon fuel capacity, it's considered a small saltwater canyon runner.

    I know Rich. I inherited a couple of their high end units that came with the boat I bought. I shutter at the thought of needing service on these units at some point. I hope I'm wrong about that.

    Most likely not the end of it because of the never ending subsidies for the farmers, and as you know, once you start these giveaways it becomes too difficult to take them away, but it's great to see more of the non ethanol in regular and higher octane coming to more gas stations.

    I can't really read the retail info but it appears you have it priced a few thousand dollars more than average retail?
