  1. Move the tow eye back towards the rear of the board more, even just an inch or two, and maybe higher by an inch or two as well. Also drill some small holes in the bottom of the boards towards the rear and fill them with lead. I used old sinkers. Then epoxy over the lead to seal the holes. This will make the boards sit lower in the water and “bite” more adding them to pull harder and better ‘Bout Time Mike
  2. Water levels are up due to the IJC , spring runoff, and rain. They are not releasing anymore water until the water in Canada starts residing. It has risen nearly 8-10” last week and going up more. Not predicting as bad as 2017 but a close second ‘Bout Time Mike
  3. I have a total of 8 cannon dual axis. 6 are mounted inside Traxstech tracks and the other 2 are mounted into a Berts track. As stated above all interchangeable ‘Bout Time Mike
  4. Run a 8 gauge wire directly from your motor to the battery ground. Depending what side battery is on the easiest place to run a jumper is circled below. I had the same issue and replaced the starter and solenoid and is still was doing it. I didn’t see (think) any of my grounds looked bad. I added a “jumper” from the exhaust riser post to my negative battery post and it has worked ever since. Easier to try this before you try to access your starter ‘Bout Time Mike

  9. Mine is a 2352 but similar layout. I run tracks on the sides with 3 rod holders per side. Riggers mounted in each corner. The center is either a Chute rod holder or 3rd rigger. ‘Bout Time Mike
  10. Looking to Bottom Paint my boat for the first time. 25’ Fiberglass never been painted. I’ve read, re-read, and read some more on the web and this site about paint. Just wondering with the “newer” paints out there what has everyone found to be the best ? Do I need a barrier coat with certain paint etc. Every post seems to contradict the others and it’s all starting to blur together. ‘Bout Time Mike

  17. Going to be another bad year for flooding. I stopped at FH this weekend and the water is already 14" higher then the same date from 2017 which was the last flood. There has been more snowfall during late February and early march this year versus 2017 and will only add to higher levels once its melts......
  18. not crazy but unexpected. Late July trolling off FH in 8-12 FOW for bass with my parents and caught this guy. Super fun on Ultra light Spin Tackle

  20. Your planer line will definitely interfere with your rods, especially on turns and waves. One of the best options is to move (or install) a second pulley as far forward as possible, even all the way to the bow. Attached are two pictures of my setup. Ive changed from the bow pulley to the one on the hardtop for ease of use and both work great
