    Just took a look at the Inlet, only fish left in the creek are bullhead & rudd.About 200 bullhead at the fist convert pipe near the causeway.

    Bob, have a great time at the Odyssey! I have to miss this one, but for a good reason.My past Vice President of E.L.E.C.B.A. Joe Jemiolo is being Inducted into the New York Outdoorsman Hall of Fame! Joe passed away from cancer this past October.He was involved in just about everything conservation, hunting, fishing and Kids NY State Lifetime Fishing & Hunting License Program!

    These upper Rewa River areas above Corona Falls by 8 hours should hold some Himara (Wolf Fish) over 30 lbs to world record size!

    Next January we are going to explore even further upstream on the Rewa River.This year we went up river 12 hours, next trip we will push the boats across cut logs on cut path around three water falls and go 20 hours up river from Rewa Eco Lodge.We will be at least 132 miles from the nearest village or road.There will also be some ponds that have never been fished before.

    I will get to Otisco Lake in early May, if you still have the planner boards then I can pass by on the way.But if someone else wants them before then sell them!

    I would purchase these boards if you were to be in the Buffalo or Olcott area where I could get them from you.But for me to drive all the way to Ithaca to get them my truck would burn $100 in gasoline and I can't do that.So if your coming this way I would buy them.

    Outside Presque Isle Bay in front of Erie,Pa today out in Lake Erie is still lots of Ice.Water temp by the departure bouy's was 35.1 degree and inside the bay it was 45 degrees.

    Yes we are fishing on Presque Isle Bay right now, still Ice out in Lake Erie past the last bouy's!

    Having 50 ft of floating rope on your PFD Trowable Cushion is a good thing! If you toss the PFD to some one and miss you can pull it back and toss it again, especially in river current.Then with the rope pull them back to the boat.

    Ryan, You would absolutely be astonished at how good the fishing is and how wild the area actually is!

    So far I have 4 clients for the last two weeks of January and 1 for the fist 9 days of February! Still have room for 3 persons the 1st two weeks of February and 4 persons for the last two weeks of February!

    Are you going on a Guide trip with Mike Sperry, if not I highly recommend you go out with him for at least one day on Chautauqua to get all the best casting spots down.

    You should have done Chautauqua Lake May 30th thru 1st week of June, weeds would be very short and fish will be on structure edges!

    Stan, My brother David lives in Arlington.He says the Columbia Spring Kings are late moving in and just starting to now move up in numbers.The State Fisheries was to have had a meeting yesterday to discuss adding two additional weeks to the Columbia Spring King Season in the area around Portland and mouth of the Willamette River.Have you heard anything on this?
