  1. I have a 1993 Honda 15hp 4-Stroke kicker that pushes my 21ft Tracker Targa 2000 around trolling at 4mph for 8 hour day on 2 1/2 gallons of gasoline.Every year you change the oil and adjust the exuast valve and it keeps going & going! You will be happy having the new kicker! Capt Larry
  2. How about $80 for the three you still have? Capt Larry
  3. If I were you I would fish the NY Muskies 69 Chautauqua Musky Tournament on June 29th.www.nymusky.com This way you can see where everyone is trolling & casting and mark your chart for future trips. You could take a guide trip with me for one day and then go out on your own after.www.mostlymuskies.com/reports.htm Capt Larry
  4. They could start by enforcing regulations on allowable water flowing down the Chicago Ship Canal toward the Mississippi River,110,000 gallons per day flowing south! Even little sources of water are being deverted south,at Lime Lake in Machias,NY,Lime Lake Outlet flows to Elton Creek to Cattaraugus Creek to Lake Erie and another out flow goes to the Allegheny River. They have more flow going toward Allegheny River then flow going toward Lake Erie!
  5. Happy Birthday Chad! Take the cartop boat to Lime Lake and you can pass Joe D. in numbers & size! Capt Larry
  6. Early in the season your looking for warmer water to hold bait fish schools. This will usualy mean shallow water, creek mouths, sun warmed surface water that may get pushed to one area by wind and sand beach areas where the sun heated sand carries heat into the water.Sometimes you have to search for awhile to find the bait fish schools.Broken up bait fish schools that are in many smaller pods with bigger fish hooks in and around are places you camp on and troll or cast changing up your presentation until you trigger a strike.Water temps of 55 to 60 degrees troll at 3.2 to 3.5 mph for best action.Best casting option is chop style jerkbaits, Phantoms 6", Reefhawg 6", Leo Jerk 6" etc.
  7. Launch at Crystal Beach in Ontario,Canada,go straight out to 55 ft and you will have your limit of perch in short time!
