  3. Ronix 51, At the prices I'm selling these lures for I'm making very little profit for myself.I can't drive anywhere with them unless I sell them all. At a show I can also get Guide Trips to offset the expenses, but to drive anywhere of distance and only sell 50 lures or less I would loose money not make money.Come to the Niagara Musky Assoc Meeting at 7:00 pm April 5th at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Main Street in the City of Tonawanda or make an appointment to see them at my house. If you want to go to Smitty Bait website and pick out styles and colors I can ship them to you,but only if you purchase 10 lures or more. http://www.smitybait.com/ Please send private message for any other info, sorry did not mean to advertise here! Capt. Larry

  5. Bob,I have another 250 New Musky Lures to blow out at $6 Each. Thaught that might have been a good place at prices that are 50-75% Off Retail. I can't take them over to Canada without paying Duty that is close to 25% of value.I also can't take them to Howards Spring Fling and compete again'st his sales there. So it will be the next NMA Meeting April 5th and then the rest will go with me to Saltfork Tourney on April 16th.Unless I can find another venue before then. 14. Ok! Where is that "Guy Who Drinks To Much---Then Bids High"! Your Up! Ray doesn't need all those fish catching colors! Capt. Larry
  15. Zach, Just like your making a lure that closely resembles a Tuff-Shad so are others and just like Tuff-Shad coming out with a new color that looks like yours,so will others. So don't let the little things like that get in your way, just keep making Quality Lures and you will prevail in the end.Sometimes it is best to just let things be as they are, don't get caught up in the politics and he said-he did part of the musky world.Keep making them Zach your on a roll! Capt. Larry
  16. We are almost at that $240 retail value, but if you wait will it be possible to just buy them later after this auction, not likely! Capt. Larry
  17. Just looking at those 8 lures as if you were to buy them all at regular retail price it would be at least $240! That is if your lucky enough to hunt both Zach & Bob down before the opener and they still have any lures in stock. Capt. Larry
  18. Capt. Larry D. Jones Vice Pres. E.L.E.C.B.A. [email protected]

  22. I have also been thinking about having an All Esox Seminar Series for 2012 with 5 speakers(2 on muskies,1 on tiger muskies,1 on northern pike & 1 on walleye),with pool demo's as well. We would get the best speakers in the Northeast for talking about how, when & where for each Esox Species.Charge $25 per person to cover all costs from meeting room to guide travel expenes etc.. Have the classroom style All Esox Seminar Series in Rochester,NY,Buffalo,NY,Bingingham,NY & Jamestown,NY for the first year and if it is a success add Syracuse,NY,Albany,NY and Sufren,NY in 2013.All seminars are to be in April a few weeks before the season openners for northern pike, tiger muskies & walleye. Would you guy's here at LOU support this type of seminar series? Capt. Larry D. Jones
  23. Northern Pike & Tiger Muskie season in NY state opens on the 1st Saturday in May, that is May 7th! Capt. Larry
  24. One way to drive Gasoline prices down is to get Higher Export Tax on Gasoline that is produced in the U.S.A. and shipped to other countries. As long as big oil can make more money exporting Gasoline the valve flows a good amount away from the U.S.A.. As of the month of Febuary 2011 the U.S.A. Oil Co's Export close to 500 Thousand Gallons of Gasoline Per Day! So if it was more profitable to sell more Gasoline within the U.S.A. instead of making more profits selling Outside The U.S.A.,the price may not come down to much, but should stablize. Just accross the border in Canada they are paying closs to a Dollar more then we are per U.S. Gallon. The same Gasoline they pay that $1.00 more for flows through a pipeline accross the International Railroad Bridge to the U.S.A.,also many tanker truck loads every day, where it is sold for less, they have the same problem Big Oil makes more money selling to the U.S.A.. But like every time Gasoline goes up and consumers purchase less the Feds get less Tax Money,so it will come back down so the Big Tax Grab can go on,just every time it stays up about .25 cents more then it was the year before. But we have a long ways to go before we catch up with Europe where it is around $9.00 per gallon! Capt. Larry D. Jones
  25. Go to Chautauqua Lake its much better in numbers and size.Cassadaga is tough fishing and what small numbers of fish present are mostly dinks. Capt. Larry
