  1. Another thing about going it alone is you don't have to contend with as many potential line messes with only two lines out. For me it makes trolling a little more low tech although it can be a bit of a circus once you hook a fish..

  4. I aw today two guys were arrested for this incident. There may be justice after all.
  5. I think the browns I've caught that have lamprey marks is greater, more like 35%. Three have had lampreys attached when landed and quite a few fresh scars.

  9. bandit 49. Great post. We talked to you at bait shop today. We fished east of Pine Grove and went 7 for 7 on browns. Mostly on green silver spoons but big fish came on green blue silver. The big brown we got was 11 1/4 lbs.

  11. Great brown. I've gott mostly smaller ones so far but am looking for a quality fish. Maybe this week.

  13. SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS I just returned from a week stay in Tenn. I fished a beautiful tailout river two days and caught about 30 rainbows and browns on flies each day. I also bagged a nice spring gobbler with 11" beard. ====================

  15. Ran to a local lake to beat the on coming weather and am glad I did. Caught about 30 and culled to my limit of 25.
  16. Great crappies! I can't seem to break the 14 1/4 " mark. I need to get out this week and try them myself but have been having to much fun chasing browns and perch.

  20. I know, we fished together this fall at Quinte and put a bunch of pig walleyes in the boat. He's a great guy, very knowledgeable and happy to share information. We talked on the water yesterday.

  24. I put in at Pine Grove earlier this week and it was tough getting out to the channel from the launch with my 18' Lund.
