Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s):7/3 Time on Water:11:00am to 8:30pm Weather/Temp: Sunny Wind Speed/Direction: SW Waves: 2' or more Surface Temp: 69deg Location: Chaumont LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 2 Total Boated: 2 Species Breakdown: Bass / Drum Hot Lure: NBK Trolling Speed: 2.0 TO 3.0 Down Speed: Boat Depth: Lure Depth: ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ==================== My son's Levi, Zach and a friend of mine Steve lunched in Chaumont Bay for a boat shake down, everthing went well with the boat. So we decided head over to Long Point in deeper water and learned how to setup our downriggers and try our hand a fishing. Trolled out by Bull Rock and back a few times and boat ran fine got a few fish so we decided to make a run to the trench, on the way we throw the engine belt and no spare. so we took what was left of the belt and made a sure string belt and started limping back. Made a call to the wife and she located a small marina in Guffins Bay named Kitto's, the owner told her we were more then welcome, so we limped in to there and my son Levi made a run to H2O Town and bought 2 belts. Awsome ppl at this marina they offered food something to drink ( Food Was Good) helped us and when got ready to leave he wouldn't take a cent!! Headed back and loaded up. Got alot to learn!!

I know what the USCG regulations are pertaining to PFD's type I, II, III and type V. My question is this to experienced fisherman and boaters who have spent many years on Lake Ontario, what would you suggest to have on my boat? I have type II and III PFD's. Thanks Lew

Hey Happy Birthday Tom

We need a mug shot of the madman! Sorry Jason but I really don't think it would handle very good on 81, the front geometry is designed to turn left only. But with that much HP it would be interesting to watch you try it

We haven't caught him yet Hank but were on the look out for him! Were going to use the candy bowl and some hot lures borrowed from that Mr. Musky guy to set a trap for him!! The #99 you say Tom, well I think the #65 will stay for now, seeing it's his old collage football number. And we picked up a one race Marketing Partner (Sponsor) from being at the show
-
Not sure Bob, he just showed up, started taking candy out of our candy bowl and filling his pockets and was mumbling something about fishing and racing and a guy with the first name Musky who someday he will out fish!

Ok here ya go my opinion of what a fishing should look like. 1. If it has kids on it, fish poles in hand laughing and have good time with fishing lures flying around and worm guts on the PBJ'S it's a fishing boat. 2. If it has adults on it acting like kids with all kinds lies flying around and peanut butter and jelly on the Bud cans it's a fishing boat. 3. If it has some great friends on it who don't give a rats butt about fishing, just hanging out and have a Great Time it's a fishing boat. 4. If it has a family on it just spending quality time, it's a fishing boat. 5. If you see what Muskybob said it's a fishing boat. 6. If it creates memories that will last a life time, it's a fishing boat 7. If it creates a friendships that last a life time it's a fishing boat. Now my question, how much are you going to charge to have them vinyls on your boat? Sorry I had to ask
