Hey guys, anyone have any extra primers that they can part with? I can't freakin find any 209 primers in Rochester that are not Triple Seven or Remington Kleenbore. I have a Savage ML and I shoot smokeless, so the Blackpowder specific primers won't work. I need the 209 standard or magnum primers. If you have any you can part with, please give me a shout!

Hey hermit! I have to give you a shout out. I just ordered some of your 1.5oz minnow head jigs and I gotta say, Wow! For two years I have searched for good laker jigs and finally I seem to have found them. They have a premium shorter hook that will give a fluke the proper action, while being stout and SHARP. No lakers will be bending or getting away from these jigs! You get all this for $11 for a dozen! Hermit I salute you for creating a specialized jig that is well crafted and incredibly well priced! Anyone ever use a stickbait off of the dipsys for summer trolling? Specifically I am envisioning a chrome/green or maybe hot clown hot n tot behind a frog or white glow dodger pulled on 250' or 300' #3 setting dipsy. Heck maybe even throw it off the copper. I feel like the added vibration could draw them into the rig maybe just a bit more. I mean they bite these baits in the spring right?

Hey Guys, I am trying my darnedest to pattern the Lake O smallmouth and I am trying to do so specifically off of Braddocks Bay and Sandy Creek. I fished off of Braddocks yesterday (I really believe there is some amazing smallie action to be had out there) and I hit spots that have incredible bottom structure. These spots should have at least had a few fish on them, but it was a wasteland out there. Granted, I was fishing after a lake flip and it was an east wind but I still felt that they should have been out there. Instead, I was looking at an empty graph everywhere I went. So my question is, do the smallmouth move off the shoals during the flip, possibly into the creeks and bays? And considering the browns are still in 15-30 ft of water, is it still to early to be fishing the main lake for smallmouth? I figured a few fish would still hang tight out there even in cold water but apparently I was wrong. I just gotta figure those dang smallies out! P.s. I do know there are smallies out there as we caught some pigs last summer and we did not fish half the spots we know of now. I am also not convinced the gobies are that much of an issue.

Hey thanks for the heads up. I am aware of the price drop, I am in more of a trade situation right now so I am not looking at spending any money. But ya I agree. This boat should be priced around 6-7K with all that is on it. So I just want to keep my wits about me. Nothing is a done deal and I really love my boat which I would potentially trade. But this could also be a good opportunity. Also let it be known that this is in no way a reflection on the seller. I just want some extra knowledge.

Hey guys, I may be interested in aquiring a 1983 sportcraft 222 with a 4.3l merc and 4 down riggers. Now I am thinking that this could get me into the salmon scene but I also don't want to walk into this blind. What things do I need to be super diligent about checking and what are warning signs that I should check for? Please let me know as I want to be a diligent and informed buyer.
