    Dennis, I would go with the auto pilot. Can you get an extension for the 15 hp? It would be a lot less than a new motor. Seems like 1.8 mph is plenty slow for the type of fishing we do.

    I agree it does look like the Green Alewife Bubble Rad from FFT but with the black fingers instead of the green. I could not find that exact color on FLT website.

    Dennis, I solved my problem with the curling and kinking by using 20' of fluorocarbon leader so the wire is always on the spool.

    Ran them since 2011. Had good luck first 3 yrs but have not had a touch since. Caught two fish last spring on the mini's
