I too have no faults with leadcore. If it has a name like suffix, my guess is it costs more too . It was tough out there saturday andrew. We had the same results. Went in tight and fished for smallies. Was so good, I skipped fishing the boat sunday and fished the Kayak instead, Caught a ton of bass. Pretty fun from the Yak, can't wait till the LL and Browns come in tighter and get them from the Yak..

Actually, being one of the bigger boats down here that fishes, we tough out nasty weather , especially out of the north. A few weeks ago I ran a trip taking waves over the bow that crashed on the windshield. I estimate 3-4 occasional fives. Our waves not only get big but they are just as far apart asbthey are tall. Sounds like youre getting some ultimate torsion/twist in the frames and boat. Is there a way to add a shock absorber of a sort to take this impact and abuse? How about rubber mounting block rather than a direct mount? Just and Idea. Good luck. Nick
