  1. honestly, sounds like an ignition problem. I wouldn't pass up the water in the filter, however, if it were water it would die down. It sounds like you are not burning hot enough at idle, remove the cap, check to see if its "green" on the contact points. Common issue and an easy fix.. Check those minor things first.. I am leaning away from the filter right now, more towards cap and rotor..

  7. Well guys. I want to start off by thanking all of you and our sponsors. Everyone worked together and the cooler checks couldn't of went more smoothly.... It was pretty neat watching everyone come down and back. The shot gun start was a great sight to watch. I wish I had the gopro on. I was very impressed with everyone making it out safe and returning safely even if Brett and his gang only made it with thirty seconds. They planned that I bet, Hiding around the corner, just to make it look good. You know, the whole fashionably late thing.. LOL! I would like to thank everyone for keeping everything so neat and clean after dinner. It made for a quick clean up for me and a few others. Would like to thank my brother Mike and wife Kim for doing the running around for food for us Frog hollow for the use of the docks, and pavillion, and facillities. Worked great Hills, Valley's, Streams for their support and such a great store! Big Weenie and Dreamweaver for their gift certificates . Sean for his help with kids prizes. Here is what everyone wants to see. Enough with the phone calls for results already... 10. Seneca is slow on south end till September, once on a while a good bite. You're presentations sound good. Try a bit further up the lake. Around Smith park area. Or try Cayuga once or twice. Better bite on that lake usually [ Post made via Android ]

  18. Had some clients last night, one of which was from Sicily... ran to my usual spot, set up the 13 rod spread. Had a nice Brown on the probe rigger instantly. Then got really slow.. for about an hour, then when the sun hit the West hill, it was like a total switch.. we couldn't keep the dipsy in the water, then the lead cores and coppers too. At one point we had six rods in the boat. One triple and two doubles tonight.. not a weed in sight... but fleas are a different story... oh man.... finished with a grand slam.. Had a great night on the water, I will post a picture soon. Dipsy. Ff out 275 Dipsy. Spoon out 270 Riggers. Ff down90 spoons down 30 and 72 7,10 color lead, 200, 300 copper Here is what they kept last night... Plus two more that hit the deck after the shot while picking up... [ Post made via Android ]
  19. Well, the time is here. The shootout is in 4 days. We have 13 total teams. Food, prizes and giveaways. Here are some things to follow/remember: If you will be launching your boat, you must launch at Clute Park Public Launch. There is no fee for boats in the tournament. HOWEVER, please put a note on your dash that you are a contestant in the SENECA SHOOTOUT. You guys have been prepaid to launch. I have already worked this out. Once you launch, you will take a 3 minute boat ride south to Frog Hollow Marina Fuel Docks for your cooler inspection. PLEASE NO WAKE and be courtious to other Marina's and their members. Thank You. At this point you will recieve your goodie bag with rules, zip ties, and a flag to attach to your vessels antenna high in the sky. There will be a waiver for each member in the team to sign. Shotgun start is at 6:15 AM. Fishing will begin at 6:30. This will give a few guys some running free time. You may wet your downrigger balls, plannerboards, temperature probes prior to 6:30.
