Cornelius, I know that's popular on the flx, but I'm not sure for Ontario. After fishing with many different people I have learned that it is safer to just set up a few different colors or coppers. I have a three, two fives, eight, ten. And coppers a 100, 150, 200, 300... I'd rather know I have less knots than worry about one of ten possibly failing. I know guys here use a thirty to fifty lbs leader about three foot in length to do your set up in between colors. Nick [ Post made via Android ]

Ouch is right. I'm still a die hard and in there daily. They are our only local business supporting our fishing needs for the flx and LO. EVERYONE has unfortunate happenings in their life. I don't know what everyone's got going on. We have a couple months left till our 2012 season takes off. I just put my order in for some gear at hills, valleys and streams. They went to a show and I hear they got some pretty good deals. I know some of us are locals. Lets support our local shop since mother nature isn't giving them the ice business this year. All good advice. My 9.9 yami high thrust runs three riggers, gps/fishfinder, lights, radios, washdown and even the laptop.. I knock knock have never had any problems as well. Also, I run deep cycles. Good luck! Nick

For that rig. I use a lower pound test then the main line so if you get caught up, you will just lose the weight rather than the rig. That's the way the great grand dad showed me.. haven't fished a rig in a few years... [ Post made via Android ]

Ray, did you know that that boat over infront of the park, at one time was over near the the west side towards the pier area. They had moved it way back when. This is info from my family and the Schuyler County Sherriffs.
