  1. Alright Ladies and Gentleman, Let's see who's going to be at sampson? I will be there thursday to monday afternoon. We have a slip, and the crew will be at a site up in the open area spot 306 i believe(not promised). Anyone else up this way? There is some talk of a BIG FISH FRIDAY, $20 bucks a boat, winner takes all. Is anyone interested in this? I think it can be fun an add some spice to our FLX game. We're 18 days away!!!!
  2. Great report! Keep it up! Nick
  3. I love Ford Trucks, but LOVE the CUMMINS Engine, Put the two together and youd have the nicest truck on the market!! Good luck in your search...I still say the FERD F-Teenthousand is best.
  4. Robert, I have my yamaha 9.9 high thrust plumed into my fuel/water separator.. It has 2 inlets and 2 outlets off the housing and i have no issues. I even have 8 foot of OB line. Does your main motor have a fuel/water separator? If so, check the ports... Try that, and see if it helps..Plus with this ethanol, that filter will help too!!!
  5. SWEEEET That reminds me!!

  9. My main man Joe and I decided Saturday after fishing with the Duckster, i mean DUKE, That we were gonna hit the water bright and early, well technically dark! we were setting up before sunrise! We hit fish instantly on, west, east and north and south trolls. Ran ball speeds of 1.9-2.1 all day and Didnt do any cookie cutters this week! We hit some nice fish and Lost a SCREAMERRRR!!!!! I couldnt stop him... But hes there for a few weeks from now. It was so rough out today it wa rediculous!!!! I couldnt even stand at all today! We boated about 15 or so, and had a mixed bag today.. Fishing is great on the south end, but too good to be true, everything will be different in 3 weeks . Heres a few photos... Im gonna try to get a video up soon!!!
  10. Waahhoo!! Good seeing you on the water today!! Welcome back! Nice fish...We did a bunch of good ones 4-6 lbs, and Had one on the wire Ripping line, over 60 foot in second, i couldnt sto[p him, he threw the hook.... Must of beeen Big!!

  16. good report!!
  17. 'aint that the truth'... With the winds in the forcast, boating or not, damage is unavoidable.
  18. Good Job Dave, Boat Looked Good out there on the water!! We ran north today, and found the fish. See ya soon
  19. Well Guys, Started off this am leaving the dock at 6am. Ran north to avoid the Mud and Debris. Set lines south of Peach orchard and proceeded on a north Troll. Boated 7 Fish. No size to them, Landlocks and Lakers. Picked up and ran north a bit, Found more fish. Did well, Constant action for 2 hours. Decided It was time to pull up, due to I have no clue on how well the Gas Gauge reads. I guess it wasnt smart to run up the lake with only a 1/4 tank to begin with, but it wa worth it and trolling with a little kicker all day is NICE . All of our fish came on Spoons. One on Flasher Fly. Green Dolphin with busch Light Fly... Birthday boy got to bring this one in..13 yrs old on the wire, and he did a great job! I like watching these guys land wires first time, especially. We stopped on the West side near Glenora on the run south, and found nice water/temps. Found a bunch of marks in 50 foot range. Didnt stay long to get em to take, but its nice seeing where the south end is going to. Lake is Crazy high and my dock is close to being under. All in all, it was a good weekend on the water. Cant wait to get out next weekend!! Tight Lines and be safe guys. Nick
  20. Good Job Guys.
  21. Cornelis, how have you been?!?!?!
  22. Good Job, it seems the Lamphrey population is heavier in the south end, i kid you not, every brown and Landlock has had at least one mark if not one or two lamphreys still attatched. It is rediculous... good report Nick
