  1. Well Gents, We braved the waters saturday, waiting til 11 or so to get out there and ended up going 7 for 10 in just a few hours, Wind was heavy out of the south and only being at hector falls, waves were built, BIG!! All fish came in water 70-100 down over 230 FOW. Sunday, We did well, hit lake at 6 am expecting same conditions, well, weather man was wrong. Wind stayed calm and gentle blow out of the west. Lake was more than fishasble, Hit the East side right away and nailed fish instantly. Leadcores, and riggers were our hot ticket today. Nk, and Stingers being the go to's. Kept two lakers today for the grill. Here is a few pics from the weekend. Tight Lines, Nick O.

  6. Awesome. Hey i haev to warn you, where Catherine spits into the canal in Montour, there is tree, submerged about a foot under the surface, hard to see..its in about 9 foot of water towards your starboard heading north. Watch out for it.. Right as you come up onto the mouth...
  7. I like this shot the best.. I wanna see water under her!!
  8. Awesome Jeremy, where are you Launching? at montour? I will meet you on the water, possibly troll some flatlines down to montour to shoot some BS with ya if youre around. Rick, Thanks again for the riggers! Dave...Where have you been, i have been worried sick!!!

  12. Hanah- Best way to run your spinnies on the FLX is about 6 foot from the ball.. I use 17lb mono with about a 10 foot fluoro carbon leader.. Seems to work well. With the Lakers..For me i have found it common to find the lakers in the water column up high from feb-mid may... Last summer we had a few instances where we got lakers in the Lodi area on 3 color Leadcores, which isnt too far down... The lakers sure are spunky this year... I cant wait to get the rig on her maiden voyage this weekend!! See you Guys out there!! Nick
  13. Thanks Guys. The kicker is definately going to be worth it and i hope the platform mounts work like it should..I had to do alot of reinforceing. Also, the boat is an 86. Jeremy. Where are ya gonna take your maiden voyage boss?? If youre on Seneca give me a shout if ya got my number still.. Nick

  15. Well, with all of the hard work and determination... Its almost time to say its paid off.. I'm gonna miss the ole Sea Ray, but this trophy is starting to look look like a fishing machine!! It makes me look like i know what Im doing!! Heres a few pics of the new upgrades! Enjoy fellas...
  16. Good Job, Beautiful Brown!!!! Congrats. thats a nice fish!!
  17. Mortality comes with all kinds of fishing. Your better off complaining about the guys in the creeks ripping bows and browns in their stomachs, just to get a photo.... Were all on the water to have fun and catch fish. If you prefer to go out and wash lures with no hooks so be it, at least you can say you didn't harm any fish!! but your lines were tight! So keep it that way. Warm weathers here. Lets FISH!! Nick
  18. Seneca duuuuh fish on!!!!!
  19. funny guy ehhhhh...I am ready this year!! Lets go!!
  20. dave My sister joins on trips occasionally. Keep ya posted.
  21. Boy oh boy Ed, I think youre from Pa and you keep fish? HMM, naaahh. Dont worry, with the rising fuel costs ill be sure to be on the lake, waiting to tow people in!! haha. Boat goes in the water thursday guys. Anyone want in on a shake down saturday so we can show a "REPORT"..
  22. well, no reports for me!! Despite a sudden job loss, boats not gonna leave the dock And this is a true post. But you know what, we had a great winter and enjoyed ourselves. People need to learn to practice cath and release as much as possible. I try too. I do nott keep a native laker unless he cant be burped. Also, I agree with Rshubuck. Singles and tripled can be argued all day long, but it will never be settled. And to anyone on the water, you can come visit at the dock. Bullhead will be in soon.
  23. Cohocton gets stocked tomorrow. Cayuta is tomorrow or today..forgot. Sing sing and Newtown are on the same day as well. Which i believe is tomorrow. Have fun with the Tiny guys i like the ultra light fly rod and a pocket full of wollybuggers
  24. If you find two, let me know
