Fished with Tim and steve out of Steve's boat onTuesday. We ran the shallows in the morning. We picked away at the salmon for a while, then went searching for some bigger fish. We lost a slob of a laker in front of the break wall in 120 fow. ( my bad on the net job, sorry Steve). It was a beautiful day on the water, it started a bit chilly and choppy, but turned reel nice after a while. We kept 1 salmon that swallowed both hooks of a ralapla. Can't wait till the next trip..

Last years event was a success. My son still talks about how much fun he had. In my opinion I would rather fish a spring derby... I prolly won't have a new boat by then, but I know some people..... Call me if u need anything nick, I'm happy to help

I havent had much luck with deer. Got a small six point with the bow, and nada with the gun so far. But what i have noticed are lots of ticks. Almost every trip in the woods has resulted in ticks on me. Just yesterday i pulled three of me. Luckily, none have bitten me.
