If you are planning to launch a boat you should check to make sure there is an open launch. Many are closed due to shore flooding and most bay have no wake zone
Despite placing 5th in the fall LOC Derby and hubby placing 5th In Summer Derby it was a tough season. Just got lucky. Had to work hard for every fish

Fishing out of Fair Haven for past. Fish on bottom 100-150 FOW. Been tough getting them to bite. Cut bait has been best for us

Evening bite. 120 FOW mag dipsy out 310. Green jeans E chip, pole dancer Twinkie with cut bait. Double up. Lost one got this big boy in.

Took to nice kings last Sunday. 29.14(4th place in summer Derby) and 24lb, along with a few small fish we tossed back. One on meat other on white and green e chip/ green crinkle fly

1 for six yesterday afternoon/evening. 4 on cut bait/twinkie rigs and 2 on spoons. Fish scattered, from 150-500 FOW
Sunday AM 1 for 3. 21 pounder on cut bait with twinkie rig down 2 dipsies took off screaming, then just drop them. One on cut bait the other old fashion dodger and fly. All three come 550-600 fow about 100 down.
Heading up Fri for 2 weeks for the derby, sure hope the fishing picks up
Fish out of Fair Haven on Sat AM, 8 to noon. Stayed in tight. Didn't move a rod.
Sunday went out to 250 FOW to start. Took our 1st fish about 300 FOW 110 down. Ended the day 4 for 6. All steelies. Nothing to right home about, a feww were legal but decided to let them grow up a little. All the fish came on sppos off the riggers.
