    I can only go from what I observed. I have pissed out of my stand and watched two different bucks come along and smell the exact branches down below me where the pee landed. The first buck that came along I wanted but had buck fever and could not draw the bow. ( I had never shot a buck with bow before this was 20 years ago). While kicking myself about the buck a spike came along exact same trail and sniffed exactly where the 8 pointer sniffed. I said to myself you gotta start somewhere and was able to draw the bow and put an arrow through it. Since then I am happy to be able to piss out of stand.

    Whole lot worse things could happen. Be glad you made it safe and sound and trip did not cost you any money and you can hunt plenty more days this season.

    I hope so too. However......... when I was hunting last week, I just got back to my truck and two guys pull up. They ask me if I had seen a ground blind that was missing from some private property nearby. I had to suppress a laugh. Even though they left it on private property, lots of people( not anyone I know mind you) would figure they just found a nice ground blind.

    I wish Astorino the best and will most certainly vote for him because the Safe act is the most ridiculous piece of anti gun legislation I have ever seen. With the stroke of a pen, Cuomo makes the law abiding semi automatic handgun holder a criminal if he puts more than 7 rounds in the magazine. However, I fear Cuomo will win again as NY has proven to be a blue state and most democrats will go to the poll and automatically vote for whoever is on the democratic ticket. Look at the block of votes coming from NYC. Look at who they have for a mayor.
