  5. used to work at Xpress Boat Co. in Hot Springs AR. all repainting was done leaving the original paint on the boat. after removing decals, boat numbers, ect or protecting them in some way, DA the boat with some fine sandpaper first. be sure to clean with solvent, tack rags, or what ever you have. i say go for it. as for the bottom, if you want to refinish it, the boat should be derigged so it can be turned over and put on "horses". big job, but can be done at home. good luck.

  17. went out on erie this past sunday in front of the wind mills to seneca shoals trolling. was pulling rapala deep tail dancers and reef runners. couldnt keep the bass off. 25-30 fow. 09 purpledescent dancer , 600 little ripper in gray ghost runner good luck and happy fishing
  18. had a friend back in the 70s that would drive to toronto to get carp for their christmas dinner. he was from europe, hungry i think. never tried it my self.dont catch many carp any way, but i might try it with enough beer handy. :beer:
  19. well the season is over for this spring. first bird taken on opening day of pa season. had only one day to hunt (no sunday hunting) so i took one of the two jakes that finally showed up. 2nd bird taken on may 13 had 9.5" beard, 7/8 spurs, 22lbs. congrats to all who punched a tag. :beer:
