I wouldn’t run a wire diver down the chute. If a rigger rods fires, with a good fish . The wire could cut the mono off .

I try to report on every trip up there . I have a 4 hour ride and try to check marine report , before leaving . I noticed a lot of people don’t report anymore. They r on FB. I will always try to help out other fishermen.

I think you guys r thinking to much . I have the new fishhawk . If my rigger cable is down 100 ft and my fishhawk says 85 ft . But my fish finder is marking fish at 92 ft . I’m ok with that . I want my lures above the fish not below them . If the rigger fires , I’ll put it back down to the same spot . Don’t over think fishing . [emoji226][emoji226][emoji226]

I came out of Mexico , but fished by the plant . I think the rough water on Wednesday pushed the fish deeper . Over the years , when fishing and the cold water moves out , I found out the kings don’t leave . They go deep .

Got one king on a fake meat rocket off 300 dipsey, my rigger were 100-120 . I have a new fishhawk that shows how deep the rigger is . Tuesday and Wednesday the fish were a lot higher and out of temp . Thursday morning , I fished the same depth and didn’t move a rod . When I went deep . Rods fired.

First of all , fleas are not as bad as last week. I loaded 50 lb on rigger rods, only a few fleas. Well we fished Tuesday 11:00 till 5:00 . 6 for 12 . Fished in 180 fow, riggers parked at 75 and 90 ft with FF. Dipseys 230 FF and spoons. All took shots.
Wednesday morning fished 6:30 till noon, rough today. Went 6-6. Same program as Tuesday.
Thursday morning 6:300 - noon , 150-180 fow, riggers parked at 100 and 120 ft, FF took fish , dipseys 300 and 275 took fish FF. We ended 5-6 .
