    Well, it definitely looks like our annual Spring Break trip to Mexico Bay next week will not happen since everything as all locked up still. It seems we need to go farther West this year to get on the lake. Do you have any suggestions of ports we can hit with some suggestions on places to stay as well. A bonus would be a place to stay and dock the boat for the week. There will be 4 of us. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    I still have all my fingers and toes crossed that Mexico will be open by the 6th.

    Really need the St Lawrence to open up more, it can't happen soon enough. We had a tripped booked for Mexico Bay the week of April 6th (Spring Break for the local schools) and it's not looking good at all.

    Well, here's the rig we use when we're on the water looking for browns, salmon or whatever else. 1995 Starcraft 191V 2 electric cannons 2 planer masts Bird 898 csi Fish Hawk 4 (to be installed this Spring) Boat has been renamed after we purchased it This video is from when we first acquired it on Henderson Harbor. Towards the end of the video you can see that she handles the rough water really well.

    They are top notch to deal with and in fact just finished a jersey for me. Keep in mind it takes some time to go through the design and approval process. then once approved depending on season it could be 6-8 weeks for delivery. The sooner you start, the better. Come Spring they'll be super busy.

    I heard that ice left Catfish Creek yesterday. I'm not in that area so if there are any locals nearby that can confirm or deny this it would be great.
