  1. Nice job! Save a few for me...
  2. So, you're saying your Lamprey Pies don't suck? If it's good enough for the Queen... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/ ... uries.html
  3. Thank you. It's in good shape - good luck with the sale.
  4. I'm not in the market at the moment but that's about what I expect to wind up with someday. Do you know what the tow weight is?
  5. +1. With our Biminy up, I can't get forward of the front seats so I really can't have too long a leader.
  6. That's horrible. I hope they get caught and your property is recovered.
  7. I'd be so pissed I think about that chance every time I see someone other than me use it. It's too heavy for a float though and a tether would just get in the way.
  8. I have a buddy with a few different models and he prefers them to his compound, having taken a number of Canadian bear with them. His eyesight isn't the best so being able to use a scope helps.
  9. I have their larger one. Best purchase I've made so far
  10. Nice work as always . Keep it up - I'll be fishing vicariously through LOU for the next couple weeks but back in time for the start of the fall LOC. Tight lines!
  11. Likewise - I hope I can participate in 2013. Nice job, Rick.
  12. We've had cycle runs from Rochester to Rudy's, just for the clams
  13. The larger spoons are magnums. Sometimes they work better, sometimes they don't. Running a combination of sizes is popular - running a regular spoon off the ball and the same pattern magnum cheated above it is a MUP rig. Dreamweaver Spin Doctor - popular brand of flasher.
  14. I'm riding with Bazookajoe out of Sodus Sunday as well. See you out there.
  15. Rule of thumb seems to be starting at three times the length of the flasher and shorten from there based on what the fish are doing. Most use mono from the dipsy to the flasher so they get some shock absorption (it stretches a bit). Some (like Mark) prefer fluorocarbon here.
  16. Wire. Just scroll through the forum - question gets asked weekly...
  17. Tight lines, guys. Have fun.
  18. LOL I tend to exagerate too I've seen some very large ales this year but definitely not 12", maybe 8". [ Post made via Android ] THAT I could afford to have mounted...
  19. Haven't tried it yet but I've been told to make that one a meat rig. It won't necessarily be the most active but the fish that hit it tend to be bigger.
  20. Hey, you scratched my anchor!
