  9. I have vague memories of a skeletal foot getting hooked by a person pike fishing from where the I-Bay public launch is now located, around 1980? Most of the Bay access points were pretty secluded back then, before all the development started. Convenient....

  13. That's going to depend heavily on where you're fishing from. Check out the posts from members "flyak" and "flyboy7" - they're out regularly in their kayaks.
  14. I'm headed for Southern New Hampshire in a few months but I expect to be back on a regular basis for fishing trips. It's about 420 miles.

  17. My buddy Charlie, spread-eagled on top of his outboard, trying to net a large fish with a small net while all four limbs are flapping in the air. Looked like he'd jumped out of an airplane without a chute.
  18. No kidding. I took a buddy of mine along on a trip to Boston a few years ago. He picked on me here for driving like a granny - after Boston, he's afraid to ride with me!
