    Took a buddy from Fire Dept out from 7:30am till 11. Fished 90-110 fow and stayed mostly out side the pack. Went 5-9. 1 laker on dipsey set 210. 1 rainbow 55 rigger glow frog. 3 Kings all on 65 rigger 42 spoon. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

    I catch the majority of my fish on dispey’s with wire over downriggers. I use length of rod as my length from dipsey to spindoctor with atomic fly. I run 2 dipsey’s on opposite sides on a 2 setting. I use ratio of 3:1 to guess my depth. 9 times out of 10 my wire dipsey will out produce riggers.     Much better day than yesterday. Took buddy from fire Dept and his son out with my son and I. Went 5 for 9. 65’ - 100’ FOW. Riggers 50, 45, 40, 35. Dipseys 120 and 150 with SD/Fly. 42nd spoon had 3 hits and rest were on SD/Fly. Let all the fish go expect one for my buddy to eat. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    I used to bow hunt but most places I hunt they have houses on them now so I haven’t hunted in years. Good luck hunting. I will keep fishing as long as I can. I officiate hockey so that will start to cut into my weekends. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

    I went out if Braddock’s this past Sunday. Was less than 5 feet deep all the way from the state/county launch to the lake. I could be mistaken but wasn’t the channel supposed to be complete by now? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

    Wanted to sleep in but my son insisted we go. Went out of Braddocks for 1st time this year. 3-4’ deep in channel and $12 to launch. We fished 100-150 and went 4-8. Stayed away from the crowd. Mostly dipsey bite but did have 2 on 42nd spoon on rigger down 60’. Biggest was on dipsey/SD/Fly at 180 on a 2 setting. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    Figured I would try my 1st nite trip. Grabbed 2 guys from the fire Dept and one of the guys 10 year old son. We fished 5:30 till 8:30 in 150 - 250. Marked some fish and bait here and there. No down speed or temp. Went 4-6 all kings and nothing big. All fish were either on dipsey/SD/Fly at 225 or down rigger 105 with SD/Fly. No hits on spoons.     Thanks for advice to stay shallower. All fish 100-150 FOW. Fleas much better.5-7 with 3 kings, 1 Steele and 1 laker. Dipseys at 150 and 170. Riggers 65,60, 55, 50. Dipsey/SD/Fly always my top producer. Good luck. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    Thanks for the info guys. I have an 18 foot boat so 500 kind of scares me. I normally fish the mornings but was bored at work today so I decided to take rest of the day off and take my son. I don’t have a fish hawk so I never really know if I am in right temp, speed or depth. That will be my big expense next year.     Took son out for a lunch time troll. Only fish was small king on dipsey set 180 with SD/Fly in 225 fow. Fished 12-4 in 150 to 275 fow. Marked a few fish. Fleas were so bad I had to hand reel in one of my lines. Was going to go out in morning but don’t know if it is worth it with fleas so bad. Some one posted 100 fow off genny had no fleas.
